These Founding Member Terms apply when you use fluxxgolf.com to request founder pricing, join our early access list, or follow product updates before general availability.

fluxxgolf.com is in a pre-launch validation phase. Submitting your email or completing the survey does not create a binding purchase, pre-order, reservation, or payment obligation.

Get Founder Pricing. Enter your email, complete a three-question survey about setup preferences and product priorities, and receive a founder discount code by email after survey completion, plus founder-related launch communications.

Follow the Journey. Enter your email from the footer signup, complete the same three-question survey, and receive build updates and launch news. You do not receive a founder discount code through this path.

Your founder discount code provides 25% off a future qualifying purchase when checkout becomes available at launch. It is issued only after you complete the founder pricing survey using the email address associated with your signup.

Each completed founder survey is eligible for one discount code tied to that email address. Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers unless we explicitly say otherwise.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the founding program, including discount terms, before or at launch. A code does not reserve inventory, lock in pricing, or guarantee product availability.

For both signup paths we collect your email address and, when you complete the survey, your setup preference, product priority, and how important solving low-light visibility is to you.

We use this information to understand demand, shape launch pricing, and send relevant emails. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information, including analytics and service providers.

Pricing shown on fluxxgolf.com during Phase 1 validation is indicative and not final. We are collecting feedback before setting launch prices.

You are never charged through the website signup or survey forms. No payment information is collected at signup.

Any future purchase will happen only if you choose to buy when we make checkout available. Final price, taxes, shipping, and purchase terms will be shown at checkout.

Any launch offer we send will include the price, terms, and timing valid at the time of that offer.

Our current anticipated delivery target is December 1, 2026. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change based on production, logistics, or regulatory requirements.

Product features, glow performance, battery life, and compatibility shown on fluxxgolf.com reflect development targets and marketing descriptions. They are not warranties or guarantees of final production specifications.

Marketing statistics on the site (for example, references to 250,000+ evening golfers) describe general market context and industry participation. They are not a count of FluxxGolf signups, customers, or pre-orders.

Founding member orders, when available, will be fulfilled subject to product availability and production schedules. We will notify you if launch timing or product details materially change.

By signing up, you agree to receive emails related to your chosen path, including confirmations, founder pricing updates, or journey news.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in our messages, or by contacting contact@fluxxgolf.com. Transactional messages related to an active request may still be sent where permitted by law.

You may request correction or deletion of your signup or survey information by emailing contact@fluxxgolf.com.

Unsubscribing stops future marketing emails but may not delete records we retain for legal, security, or support purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on your rights.

We may modify or cancel the founding program, site content, or these terms before launch. The version posted on fluxxgolf.com applies when you use the site.

The site is provided on an as-is basis during the pre-launch phase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not required by applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
